Jack Liberman He paints using the techniques of the old masters, just as in the sixteenth century. He makes his own oil mediums and amber varnishes based on lost Flemish polymerized recipes that have recently been rediscovered. “I went on to complete two years of study at the Art Students League of New York. While in New York, I had the opportunity to study with Frank Mason, Everett Raymond Kinstler and Ivan Olinsky, all noted members of The National Academy” some of my most recent honors include an Honor Award at the Cincinnati Viewpoint national show, an Honorable Mention and winner of the “Quick Draw” at the OPAS Nelsonville plein-air competition and Best of Show at the Akron Society of Artists 75th Anniversary Exhibit in 2006. Joe Hladik Joseph is a graduate of the Art Institute of Boston. He majored in Illustration and acted as Art Director for the following: Baseball Hall of Fame, Babe Ruth Museum, NASA Kennedy Space Center Florida, Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida, Universal Studios Japan, Disney Studios, Six Flags Theme Parks, Busch Gardens Theme Parks Norman Rockwell Museum, N.Y. State Museum, Schenectady Museum, Tennessee Aquarium, Philadelphia Zoo. He was awarded Best Watercolour at the Albany Institute of History and Art. He has just recently pursued his fine arts after forty-four years of illustrating. Joe's paintings have garnered praise for their fine design, use of color and a wonderful charm of subject.
